Hats in Albuquerque

Went on a road trip with my siblings over the holidays.  Our destination was Santa Fe, NM but on the way we stopped to explore Albuquerque.  I can see myself living there some day...New Mexico is definitely a hidden treasure.

Electric Skies

Bakersfield is a wonder this time of year.

As my sister was driving home from work she noticed the electric skies and beckoned to my brother and me to come and take a look.

Christmas-ing

I am here at my parents house in Bakersfield for the holidays.  The weather has been beautiful!  No Christmas snow, but an abundance of wind, rain, and cloudy blue skies.

 

Every item of clothing and accessory in this outfit belongs to my sister Melanie, except for the Christmas garland headband that Vanessa from Veechay.com so graciously sent me.  As I opened the box it arrived in and peered inside I was overcome with excitement and Christmas spirit!
